Enquiry form and correspondence

Your contact details and enquiry text are submitted to the website server and emailed to info@mikrozalumynai.lt. The plugin does not store enquiry text in the website database. To limit abuse, an IP-derived code and attempt count are stored on the server. The counter expires 10 minutes after the last counted attempt; expired records are removed during WordPress maintenance. The copy button places the enquiry text on your device clipboard.

We use received contact and enquiry data to respond, prepare a quotation and arrange supply. For individuals requesting steps prior to entering into a contract, the basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b). For business representatives, the basis is our legitimate interest in business communication and responding to enquiries, Article 6(1)(f). Without contact details, we cannot reply. Please do not include health or other special-category data.

Recipients and retention

Correspondence may be handled by MB Grainis staff responsible for enquiries and supply and our email provider, serveriai.lt. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are retained for up to 12 months after the last communication and then deleted. If correspondence becomes part of a contract or is required for a legal claim, retention is determined by the document’s purpose, applicable law and the duration of the claim.

Website infrastructure and cookies

This website runs on WordPress. Hosting and email services are provided by UAB Interneto vizija (serveriai.lt). Hosting and security infrastructure may process IP addresses, request times, browser and access information to deliver and secure the website. Server log retention depends on the provider’s settings and contract; it is separate from the validity period of the enquiry form’s abuse-prevention code.

This catalogue version does not use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. The catalogue plugin does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies and does not store enquiry data in browser storage.

WordPress sign-in and administration use technical cookies: the sign-in page tests cookie support, and signing in stores the session and administration preferences. These are not advertising trackers for catalogue visitors. Cookies can be deleted or restricted in browser settings; blocking them may prevent administrator sign-in.

Links to Facebook and Instagram open external websites, where the respective services’ privacy policies apply. If we add analytics or advertising tracking in future, we will update this information and implement appropriate consent controls before enabling them.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests and, where applicable, request data portability. Contact info@mikrozalumynai.lt. We respond within one month; complex requests may be extended under the applicable legal rules. Rights are subject to their legal conditions. You may complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate.

Catalogue purpose

This is an information catalogue. It does not process payments or automatically conclude sales contracts. Prices, quantities, packaging and delivery are confirmed in an individual quotation.
